Beverly is an amazing host - thoughtful, warm, and welcoming. Her home is beautiful, and  her property is a dream-picture-perfect-postcard-perfect PEI land-and-seascape. She has thought of everything her guests could possibly desire, and then goes above and beyond to make you feel pampered - even helping us celebrate a special anniversary. We love dogs, and hers are darlings. This is the gold standard BnB experience.

It is a lovely place you are living and you are a very warm and pressious person. This is one of the best locations we have stayed so far. The lobster dinner, the North shore tour, the salmon dinner and the west PEI tour with Carl.

From the moment we drove up we knew this was going to be a special place to stay. Bev, thank you for welcoming us into your beaurtiful home and giving us the opportunity to enjoy your little piece of paradise! Our favorite moment was sitting on the porch with a cup of tea watching the sunset and petting the dogs. The food was amazing and we loved visiting with Bev and the other guests. Beverly's place was outstanding! The rooms were luxurious and offered a beautiful ocean view with gorgeous red cliffs. Sunrise and sunset were particularly amazing! Beverly is a very nice host, she made us a hearety breakfast and fave us many recommendations for our road trip around PEI. The location of the house is pretty good, allowing us to reach western and Central PEI quite quickly. I strongly recommend Beverly's place!

Book this stay! Our room had everything and more. The house is charming with an incredible view, and it's close to all the tourist spots without being in the middle of the crazy. Bev served a great breakfast and gave us perfect suggestions to make our time in PEI wonderful. I've already suggested her place to friends, as we liked it that much. This was the perfect retreat for our 20th anniversary and time away together. I will definitely be back.

Our stay at Coastal Knook was absolutely perfect and the highlight of our one week bicycling trip around PEI. My friends and I had never visited PEI before. We had a vision of what a summer visit to PEI might be and Beverly, Carl and Coastal Knook delivered on that vision and then some. The location and views are stunning, the house, amenities and Bev's cooking are terrific, Beverly, Carl and their friendly dogs are welcoming and accommodating and the waterfront access and walks along the coast to the lighthouse were perfect. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to a return visit in the future.

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay with Beverly at Coastal Knook. We were first greeted by her sweet and loving dog Shadow. We became instant friends. The views from our room were breathtaking. The sunset from the very nearby lighthouse (5min walk) is absolutely stunning. The gorgeous house is tucked away in a piece of paradise. Beverly was a great host. The breakfast selections were amazing and many options are available including wonderful homemade jams. Try the Monkey Butter. The host is a fountain of knowledge and will make suggestions for places to see, things to do and wonderful places to eat. Everything you need is available and she has thought of everything to make your visit special. We absolutely recommend staying here and we will not hesitate to stay here again.
