Prices: All prices indicated are in Canadian dollars ($) and are based on double occupancy per room. the Lighthouse room has a maximum capacity of two guests. the Bridge room has a maximum capacity of three guests. There is a $60 nightly for the additional guest. 

Check In: Check in times are 3:00pm-5:00pm. Should you require a later check in, please notify us to arrange.

Check out: Check out times are to be no later then 10:00am the morning of your departure date.

Guaranteed Reservations: To guarantee a reservation at Coastal Knook Bed and Breakfast, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. A two hundred ($200) dollar deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Final payment is due on the day of departure.

Cancellations: We know that there are a number of reasons why you may have to cancel or change your travel plans, so please read our policy carefully and note that reservations must be cancelled via email to which you will receive a confirmation of cancellation. If no prior arrangements are made for a late check in, and you have not arrived by 10am the next morning, your reservation will be considered a 'no show' and your entire reservation will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to avoid any cancellation penalties.  Reservations cancelled withing 13 days and 3 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged for one nights rental rate. 

Reservations cancelled withing 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for your entire reservation.

Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable taxes. PEI sales tax, HST - 15%

Pets: Not permitted 

Smoking: Not permitted. Coastal Knook is a smoke free zone
